FRIDAY FAVORITES - MY FAVORITE WEDDING MOMENTS
My favorite moment of a wedding day is when I get to spend a few minutes alone with the bride. So many people say their favorite is the look on the Grooms face as the bride walks down the isle (brought to attention in 2001 by the movie The Wedding Planner). Not me. Don't get me wrong, I love that part too but for me it is all about the bride in the moments right after she has put on her final piece of jewelry, just before she is ready to see her groom for the first time. I am a girls girl. I've been there and I know how she feels. The emotions, the excitement, the stress, the nerves. She looks gorgeous and has been told by everyone in her party that she is the most beautiful bride they have ever seen. And they are all right! For a few minutes, I get to take her away in all of her beauty and let her take it in. She is getting married. This is her day. She can feel it. And it shows! <3
